- Prices stated are
nett. Delivery charges are not inclusive.
- Goods & Services
Tax (GST) of 7% is included in the price of all products.
- Free delivery service
above $100 nett purchase.
Delivery Information
- $20.00 (inclusive
of 7% GST) delivery charges apply to order below $100.
- Express delivery
service charges of $30.00 (inclusive of 7% GST) apply to delivery within
the same day of order.
- Delivery per location
and within Singapore only.
- Delivery only on
weekdays (Mon-Fri) 9am – 6pm.
- We are unable to
accept delivery service to protected/restricted areas, Jurong Island,
Sentosa, schools and student/childcare centre.
- CNT reserves the
rights to change the delivery schedules without prior notice.
Payment Mode
- Cash on delivery.
- Cheque payable
to “CNT Health Food Pte Ltd”.
- NETS & Credit
Cards payment are available only at factory showroom.
Exchange Policy
All goods sold are
non-exchangeable and non-refundable. An exchange will be made on a case-by-case
basis if:
- Delivered products
are not items that you have ordered.
- Product is defective
or damaged at the time of delivery after recipient has checked the product.
- Exchangeable items
must be of equal value.
Refund Policy
A full refund will
be made if:
- Products ordered
are out-of-stock after full payment has been processed.
- Products cannot
be delivered to recipient due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Kindly take note
that there will be no refund once payment has been made.
CNT reserves
the right to change and amend its policy without prior notice.
